Strategic or tactical, short or medium term assignments, for example:

Part-time interim support
Regular experienced support in marketing or sales on a part-time basis of typically 25-50 percent. Examples include:

Interim assignment
Temporary fill-ins such as sales and marketing manager. Typically 6 - 12 months at levels of 50 - 100 percent.

• Conducted a market analysis for retail meal kits in the Nordics ahead of the acquisition of Sweden's largest market player by two private equity firms.
• Created a comprehensive marketing strategy and budget for the same company, which has since emerged as the market leader in Sweden.
• Facilitated the sale of a customer base to service providers (telecoms) in both open and closed fiber (FTTH) networks across the Nordics and Germany.

About me
I bring 25 years of international experience in strategic growth, marketing, and commercial leadership. In recent years, I have concentrated on cross-border market expansion, development of go-to-market strategies, and establishing partnerships within the European fiber broadband sector. Throughout my career, I have engaged with organizations ranging from small startups to large corporations, and also operated as a self-employed professional. My experience spans primarily the Nordic countries, with an additional five years in Germany.
I have previously held senior commercial and leadership positions, including Chief Commercial Officer at Waystream, Country Manager, Chief Sales & Business Development and Senior Advisor at VX Fiber, as well as functional roles such as Head of Marketing at Fujitsu Technology Solutions and Investment Manager at Siemens Mobile Acceleration GmbH. These roles reflect my expertise in sales, marketing, innovation management, and operational execution in competitive environments.
Earlier in my career, I was involved in both strategic and hands-on positions at leading global technology companies, including Ericsson, Sony Ericsson, and Siemens. My experience spans various areas, including marketing, sales, business development, mergers and acquisitions, and service innovation at Teracom and Boxer.
Academically, I hold a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics, with two majors, Marketing and International Business, as well as a CEMS Master’s from the University of Cologne. To enhance my skills further, I have pursued additional development opportunities through programs such as Negotiation and Leadership at Harvard Law in Boston, structured board work at Styrelseakademien (certification), and participation in the DI Gasell Scale-up program in 2024.
Outside of my professional endeavors, I enjoy recreational activities on water or snow, walking my dog, engaging in fitness activities at the gym, and traveling.
